Once your customers have selected their items, they have the option of same day delivery when they checkout.

Upon completing their checkout, your customers will receive email notifications regarding their delivery, including updates on delivery timings.
Note: If customers download our app to track their delivery, they will also receive notifications.
Your customers can track their delivery via desktop, mobile or app, see live updates and contact their driver.
For added peace of mind, they will also see details of who their driver is, their vehicle and their rating.
On completing the delivery, our driver will take a photo and signature as proof of delivery which is available to view instantly.
The photo and signature are also time and location for added verification.

Upon checkout, the order is sent to DeliveryApp via API, which will book a driver and generate a branded label for the order.
30 minutes before the driver collects from you, same day delivery will stop being available for your customers to chose. At this point, our technology will optimise the route for efficient delivery.
The driver will collect, scan, and deliver all orders, providing proof of delivery for each successful delivery. Any undeliverable orders will be returned to the collection address.
